Moved to Bryan in 1973 to work at WBNO.  Left there in ’76 to go into the sales department at ARO.  Became Automotive Accounts Manager, dealing with direct sales to the automotive industry.  Became National Sales Manager in the light assembly tools division before leaving ARO in 1983.  Spent the next 30 years in the financial services industry, first as a broker for Prescott, Ball and Turben, eventually becoming Managing Director-Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors (same firm, just acquisitions and mergers) before retiring in 2011.  Currently serving on the board of Friends of the Library and the UWWC board.  Currently a member of the Bryan Rotary club.  I’ve always been interested in, and have contributed to local area charities and the opportunity to serve on these two boards fills the desire to have an impact on the local community.

I was born, raised and reside in Williams County. I am married, have 5 children and am employed with Altenloh, Brinck and Co. 

I enjoy watching our children in their activities and cheering them on, spending time outdoors and traveling. 

I joined the United Way of Williams County because I enjoy being able to help others in their time of need and I believe as a whole, we are able to accomplish great things. 

United Way of Williams County has always held a special place in my heart. I look forward to all the ways we are able to help in the community.

I was born and raised right here in Williams County. I’ve worked in Human Resources for 13 years, and am currently employed at the Ohio Art Company. I have an 18 year old who will be going to college to be a dietician. I want to serve on the board of the United Way because I’ve seen first hand how the programs we fund have a direct impact on the people of this county. It feels good to put my spare time towards something bigger than myself.
