EFSP ARPAR Application
Please fill out completely.
Each agency requesting funding will have the opportunity to make a brief (< 5 minutes) presentation to the local board in support of application. Funding decisions will be made following the meeting.
You may be required to submit specific documentation as to where the money is spent. Unspent funds must be returned to the National Board (and thus are lost by our county). If an agency is unable to spend all their allocated funds, they should contact the local board chair as soon as possible.

Maumee Valley Planning Organization
Bryan, OH
Serving since 2024
Born and raised in Defiance, but have spent most of my life residing here in Williams County. I currently work for Maumee Valley Planning Organization and am the Chairperson for the Williams County Social Services Network Group. My favorite things about Williams County are the parks and trails (Wabash-Cannonball especially on a bike) and the hometown vibes. My family includes my hubbie, Bryan, my kiddos Race, daughter-in-law Lauren, Tesa, bonus kiddos Drew and Ava, and our lovable mutt, Remy.
